Rachel Schaming, ALA Past President, is the Director of Human Resources for Radiology, Ltd., a 500-employee medical entity in Tucson, AZ. Schaming has more than 25 years of human resources experience in law firm administration. She teaches conflict resolution, change management design, culture analysis, and performance management, and is certified in corporate coaching.
