2008 Broward County Judicial Survey
The results of the Judicial Survey that was conducted in June by the Broward County Bar Association have been tabulated and are available for review by the public.
As noted in a press release issued by the Bar Association, quoting Bar Association President Christopher M. “Chris” Neilson, the survey was conducted to evaluate the qualifications of 117 judges, magistrates, and judicial candidates in the 17th Judicial Circuit. The Bar Association received 664 completed evaluation forms in the survey that was distributed by email to 7108 attorneys in Broward County.
In order to view the survey results, click on the pdf link below titled "2008 Judicial Survey Results". Once you have access to the pdf results for particular judges, magistrates, or candidates may then be accessed by pressing “Search”. Viewing may be best at 125%, and once locating a particular subject, the survey can be expanded to provide a complete view by pressing “Hide”. Search for a subsequent subject may then be obtained by again pressing the “Search” button and following the above instructions.
