Every legendary band has an original story and ours is no different.
Enlargement of Time began as the brainchild of Khila L. Khani a/k/a Rock Cousteau. The dream became a reality when she put together some of Broward County’s best talent. The range of sounds they can perform is unlike anything you’ve ever seen or heard before.
Meet the Band
Lead Vocals (Khila Khani) — “The Counselor of Soul”
By day, she negotiates contracts with surgical precision. By night, she cross-examines audiences with powerhouse vocals. Known for holding notes longer than she holds escrow deposits, she approaches every song like a closing argument—compelling, airtight, and impossible to object to.
Rumor has it she once redlined a karaoke lyric sheet.
Lead Vocals (Jay Auerbach) — “The Statute Crooner”
A Real Estate Attorney turned frontman, his vocal style has been described as “somewhere between classic rock and a very complicated real estate transaction.” He doesn’t just sing covers—he interprets precedent. Famous for pointing at the crowd mid-chorus like he’s selecting a lien search company.
He insists every set list be alphabetized and properly indexed.
Lead Guitar (Jonathon Liss) — “The Six-String Litigator”
Specializes in shredding solos and opposing counsel. His guitar tone is so sharp it’s been classified as a legal instrument. Known to file motions for “extended solos” mid-song.
He refers to his pedal board as “Exhibit A.”
Bass (Rafael Limongi) — “The Only One With Actual Band Experience”
Rafael is a multi-instrumentalist and one of the chief architects of Broward-based real actual band (5Loko), he is the group’s lone witness with credible current musical standing. Initially brought in as an “expert consultant,” he believes rhythm is king, and he now anchors the rhythm section, while gently explaining that rehearsals are, in fact, necessary.
He bills the others emotionally, not hourly.
Drums (Joey ‘Wrecked’ Maya) – “The Drummer of South Beach”
A veteran of long-defunct punk bands, he brings tempo, attitude, and just enough chaos to keep the attorneys uncomfortable. His drumming style has been described as “hostile but admissible.” He’s looking forward to shaking off the cobwebs and drumming with some bad ass legal eagles. Rock On!
Still owns three leather jackets and one grudge against 1994.
The Sound
Enlargement of Time performs covers only—because writing original music would require a committee, three revisions, and malpractice insurance. Their set list spans decades: Classic rock anthems, 80s arena power ballads, 90s alternative staples and Occasional punk throwbacks.
Every song is performed with meticulous attention to detail—and at least one unnecessary legal metaphor.
Flying High Circus is a classic rock and rhythm and blues band that electrifies the stage with incredible versions of hit classics from artists such as the Who, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Doors, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, The Yardbirds and Jimi Hendrix; just to name some of the bands in our set list. The band also has several original tunes uploaded in the digital marketplace on Spotify, Soundcloud and iTunes.
Bios
Mark Dickstein aka MsDa D (Ringmaster) brings his brand of blue-eyed soul to FHC. He has been singing in vocal ensemble groups since the age of eight. Once in high school he turned his attention to rock n roll, and he’s been jamming in rock bands ever since. MsDa D has played multiple South Florida venues and is also the Broward Bar Association Chairperson for the Open Legal Jam; where attorneys who are musicians get to play out on a quarterly basis throughout the year at different select venues.
James Wallander aka Smoking J (Maestro) Our lead guitarist/back up vocalist has been shredding with incredible musicians for close to sixty years. His incredible licks and interpretation of our songs leave audiences speechless. You will find Smoking J off the stage in the audience playing his guitar at a moment’s notice.
Lloyd Goller aka Sgt. Lloyd is our bass player. He gives the band the incredible bounce and stability FHC has from his rhythmic bottom; which helps bring us all together and allows for the leads to really open up.
Richard Mautner aka Doc FHC gets the best from Doc with keyboards and rhythm guitar that give the band an incredible fullness to their sound. His influences include the Who, BB King, Eric Clapton, and he has spent several years in tribute and cover bands.
Cody Mentelos aka Kit Cody FHC has waited for the right drummer to fit in this band for twelve years, and we’ve now achieved that goal. He is amazing. His inspirations include the likes of John Bonham, Keith Moon and Ginger Baker.

We are Rock Candy (2.0)
We are not your average cover band!
We are not a bunch of old dudes playing classic rock!
Rock Candy was originally formed in 2015 , but disbanded during the pandemic and after the sudden passing of an amazing drummer, Chris Cuomo. We are back, along with some very talented new members, with a killer catalog of songs and great chemistry.
We pride ourselves on outstanding musicianship and being able to play all genres of music. We are even better now, as a female and male-fronted band, with the ability to do a wider variety of songs and greater versatility.

What do you get when six strikingly handsome gentlemen from Fort Lauderdale decide the world needs more sweaty, brass-fueled, whiskey-soaked rock and roll? You get Roll’d Whiskey (hereinafter “R’dw”) — a band that’s equally at home headlining your local music festival as they are providing the soundtrack to your cousin’s backyard bare-knuckle boxing match. R’dW serves up original music alongside uniquely twisted covers spanning soul, R&B, psychobilly, rockabilly, funk, and hard rock from the 70’s to now. When they’re not on stage converting the masses, the band members dedicate themselves to the noble pursuit of responsibly celebrating and appreciating whiskies of every varietal.
