Brittney Polo focuses her practice on casualty litigation.  She represents clients in negligence claims involving personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims, wrongful death and property damage.  During law school, Brittney served as an intern for the Fourth District Court of Appeals.

Position Statement

I am running to be the Secretary for Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.

It has been an honor to serve as a director for the BCBA YLS, during which time I became very active in the legal community and played a pivotal role in multiple YLS events.

Since graduating law school, I have worked in private civil litigation.  When possible, I assisted Nova Law School in activities such as Mock trials for both moot court and trial team.  Even before my law school career, I enjoyed giving back to the community.  I hope to use my time management and efficiency to better help Broward County.
