Welcome to the website of the Broward County Bar Association (“BCBA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of browardbar.org, BCBA’s online services, member services, event and program registrations, and online payment functionality.

  1. About BCBA

The Broward County Bar Association is a not-for-profit voluntary bar association serving the legal profession and the public in Broward County, Florida.

BCBA provides membership services, educational programs, continuing legal education (“CLE”), professional programs, events, publications, lawyer referral resources, member benefits, and other association-related services.

  1. Website Use

Registration fees, dates, locations, program descriptions, cancellation terms, and other applicable conditions may vary by event and will be disclosed in connection with the applicable registration.

BCBA reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, locations, formats, or program content when reasonably necessary.

BCBA may cancel or reschedule an event or program. When an event is canceled by BCBA, BCBA will determine the appropriate refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy in accordance with the applicable event policy.

  1. Prices and Payments

All prices, membership dues, event-registration fees, and other charges are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

By submitting a payment through the website, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
  • The information submitted is accurate and complete; and
  • You authorize BCBA and its payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment-processing services.

BCBA reserves the right to correct pricing or transaction errors and to reject or cancel transactions that appear unauthorized, fraudulent, or erroneous.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations
