Discounts: Clients that sign a 12 time agreement and prepay for the year in advance will receive a total of 10% off the advertising price. Clients that sign a 6 month agreement and prepay will receive 5% off. Not-for-profits will receive 10% off the commercial rate card price.
Professional Advertising Design: There will be $150 flat fee for any clients requiring a custom created ad in-house. This fee will be billed separately.
Published: 12 months a year
Circulation: 3,000 copies monthly
Distribution: Directly mailed members, non-member attorneys, and advertisers
Readership: Estimated 7,500 readers monthly
Payment: Payment from advertisers is due prior to publication of the magazine | ad, and billed monthly thereafter prior to the first of every month by the BCBA. Clients that sign a 12 time contract and prepay for the year in advance will receive a total of 10% off the advertising price.
Deadline: All advertising agreements must be signed 4 weeks prior to the publication date to reserve ad space. All advertisers receiving professional advertising design are to submit text, logos, images and any ad instructions via email 4 weeks prior to the publication date. Camera ready ads must be received 4 weeks prior to publication date.
Disclaimer: Publisher will not be liable for any errors in any advertising. The Advertiser assumes full and complete responsibility for the content of all advertising copies submitted, printed, and published pursuant to this agreement and shall indemnify and save the publisher harmless against any demands, claims, or liabilities by reason of the advertising, including claims, or demands regarding publishers’s own negligence, and, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the defense of such a claim. The Broward County Bar Association reserves the right to reset copy type to conform with newsletter type with exception of the logos.
