Brittney Polo focuses her practice on casualty litigation.  She represents clients in negligence claims involving personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims, wrongful death and property damage.  During law school, Brittney served as an intern for the Fourth District Court of Appeals.

Position Statement

I am running to be a director for Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.  It would be an honor to serve as a director for the BCBA YLS.  This is my first year as an active member of the BCBA and I hope this position will aid me in becoming more involved in the legal community.

Since graduating law school, I have worked in private civil litigation.  When possible, I assisted Nova Law School in activities such as Mock trials for both moot court and trial team.  Even before my law school career, I enjoyed giving back to the community.  This past year, I attended at least three YLS events.  I hope to use my time management and efficiency to better help Broward County.
